I've partnered with Huhtamaki Inc. for the Chinet® brand to create this post! Enjoy!
Chinet® Cut Crystal® products are a great way to easily put together a cookie gift plate for the holidays, without the worry of cleanup or getting your dishes back!
It's beginning to cool down across the country, who am I kidding, it's been cold up here since September, but I am just now starting to feel the Christmas spirit. Each year, I love to give gifts to my neighbors and friends; last year I made cranberry preserves, and this year I have too many ideas to count. I am starting with a few plates of cookies to kick the season off with holiday cheer.
I planned a day of baking sugar cookies and chocolate chip (my staples!), to package up and give to the guys on the ranch. Since frosting is prohibited, I made sure to add a little extra, as a special treat.
I loved using Chinet® Cut Crystal® plates and cutlery for preparing my cookie packages - they would serve as the perfect tool to use for your own cookie exchange! I particularly like that I don't have to worry about getting my plates back, but I can still gift with style and a bit of formality. The disposable utensils and plastic plates are all recyclable, and since they are clear, they are great for any holiday party theme.
A simple trick to keep the cookies safe during transport is to place a large plate over the top of the plate of cookies, then use a string of ribbon to tie them together with a bow. Not only does this create a safe transport, but also turns the plate of cookies into a beautiful gift.
Chinet® Cut Crystal® products are an easy way for you to put together a festive cookie exchange for your neighbors and friends without the worry of getting your plates back, and the clear design of the products make it easy to add your unique style!
