Where to Stay in San Francisco: Hotel G

Finding a reasonably priced hotel in San Francisco isn’t all that hard, but finding one that is walking distance from union square, recently renovated, offers five star luxury, and historic charm is very, very difficult. Hotel G is just that. They’ve hit the nail on the head, and offer guests every amenity they could want (hello, wine bar!).
I recently had the opportunity to stay at the hotel, and am obviously, a huge fan. The hotel’s remodel perfectly balances modern style with historic charm. They preserved the original tiles, ceilings, and stairways, which all adds to the uniqueness of the hotel.
Neighboring, are two awesome spots: a wine bar, and a fabulous restaurant. On top of that, the hotel is decked out with artwork from Creativity Explored, which empowers adults with disabilities, and every piece is for sale.
I loved being walking distance from union square, and I felt very safe coming in and out of the area, and since I was traveling alone, that was very important to me. The staff was incredible, and I felt right at home from the second I arrived. I can’t recommend Hotel G enough!
