Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz. marinated artichoke hearts drained and roughly chopped
  • 8 oz. Italian cheese blend shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well to combine.
  • Transfer the dip to a medium sized oven safe dish. Bake at 350 F until bubbly and golden, about 15 minutes.
  • Serve with sliced baguette, tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies!

Notes

This recipe is very easily adaptable! Try adding spinach, jalapenos, corn, or diced tomatoes! The possibilities are endless!
